I was delighted to have been named Wedding Photographer of the Year at the Bank of Ireland IPPA Irish Professional Photographer of the Year Awards 2017. It was a very competitive category with photographers from all over Ireland competing resulting in fifteen finalists. To have been named Best Wedding Photographer was an honour and a privilege particularly in the company of such talented photographers. It was also particularly pleasing as the competition was judged by a panel of international judges all of whom were professional photographers. For the second year in a row I was also named runner up in the Press and PR category of the awards. To receive such recognition for my work particularly from my peers was and is hugely gratifying.
